Have had the monthly “membership” prior to this company purchasing the car wash. Called customer service as they over billed me $19.99 for month of March and again in April. Finally got an answer at “customer service” number. Agent refused to admit they entered one of the vehicles on the account twice when took over the company, even though the license plate was entered twice. Requested refund and he hesitated but finally agreed to it. I asked for a verification email. I received the email saying “will be getting “courtesy refund” within 3-5 days. I replied to the email asking how it could possibly be a courtesy refund when it is their error. No reply. Went to local car wash with my concerns, no one available that could do anything. When I said, I am about ready to go to different car wash, was told “ok go ahead and drive through so other person can go since you were first”

When we started with the car wash it was take5, and then it was bought out by tsunami. When it was take5 they would hand wash the grill and the back of the vehicle that alone was what won me to take5. Since then they have done away with that but yet have not got there brushes to clean the back of our car. The car wash it self is very nice and does a great job on the rest of our car, they just need to realign or figure out how to allow the brushes to clean the back of the car.

I WILL NEVER use this car wash EVER again. I paid the 25 dollar for the top tier cleaning and it barely cleaned it at all. It only partially the bottom half was still dirty. It barely cleaned the back of my car cant even tell I went threw the car wash in the first place. I went and talked to the assistant manager and all he can say was I can only offer you a satisfactory re-wash and that he has been working here for a year and KNOWS what the car washer is doing.

I have absolutely loved this car wash till the recent changes! Recently went and they told me they could no longer spray down my car or use the presoak brush. They have always been great at giving my car the extra pre wash bc I live on a gravel road and get extra dirty. I came out and the back end still looked dirty, and my running boards and wheel wells were still dirty too. I was highly disappointed bc this was one of the major pluses of this car wash. I had to go to a hand car wash afterwards to finish cleaning my car. I hope they bring back allowing their employees to prewash excess off again otherwise I will be canceling my membership!!

I had a great experience at Take5 Car Wash thanks to Zach! He was incredibly helpful and friendly—he made the process smooth and easy, and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. It’s not often you come across that level of customer service these days. I’ll definitely be returning to this location. Thanks again, Zach!
